They were not able to help me in any way. Be very careful where you buy your thread, it may cost more,however, what good is a good price, if your thread just jams up everthing on your machine. Hugs.

I had problems with thread from Radiant Threads that I purchased on eBay, but Lillian bought it from me and she has no problems at all with the thread. I guess it isn't neccessarily always the thread it can be the temperament of the machine.*
