this is a cake made of rolled diapers and then wrapped in ribbon embroidered with baby designs. I made this for my friend's baby shower. she is having her fourth child and they are all boys this one is going to be named joseph. I put designs all around the cake. there are about 50 diapers inside and i told her to save the ribbon to add the birthdate, weight,etc. later.
