It's definitely not you. I tried to go direct to that link, and when that didn't work, I tried to go to that website's homepage. No luck there either. Looks like the site is down, either for maintenance or for good. Won't know unless you try again at a later date.

I have been trying that site for about a week. I used the link at ATW and I tried direct. It just won't open. If it ever gets fixed, I hope someone here let's us know. I emailed Larry at ATW and received no response.
