U can use Microsoft Office Picture Manager to shrink your picture. Open your picture with Microsoft Office Picture Manger, go to top manu Pictuer, then select Resize. On the right hand side, click on Predefined width x height, click the down arrow, then choose either Web Large or Web Small. After that, select top manu File, click Save as to different name. Otherwise, you will lose your original picture. Hope this will help.
