This is beautiful. Do you remember where you got the lace edge design and the Roses designs.
Also can you tell me how did you do the piece from the rose corners to the small rose it looks like a fine row or two of somethink with holes
Thank You

Hi Dixi. the lace comes from S embroidery and the embroidery designs are from Brother Card no 14. I used the large design and smaller, and just the flowers and then I downsized the flowers to 80% for the inbetween flowers.I used as Oval Platter ( yes even cooking in the sewing room) as a guide to mark between the flowers and used an "heirloom" stitch , lowered the tention to light weight ( Janome machine) therefore no need to use any paper stabilizer Hope this helps
Thank You Yes it was helpful
I just want to try one soon as I have never done anything like it before
The other thing do you stitch the centre lace pieces on first & then cut the material away after on the back
This is Beautiful Flower for you

Hi Dixie. You sew the lace together first and then place in onto the cloth. Using a small zig zag st first to go around and then decrease the width of the stitch and do it again. Using "fraystopper" around the edges of material and lace. when Dry then cut out. Same for the outer edging.
I went on to S Embroidery but couldn't find the lace design. Can you remember the name or number of the set. Is it small sections. Sorry to bother you again but I seem to be pretty dumb
Thanks
Thanks
