Oh, I feel for you! I also lost my favorite aunt and Uncle a few years ago. They were siblings. My Uncle left me with so many sweet and loving memories, but I miss him. I will be praying for you all. Drive carefully.

It is so hard when we lose special loved ones from our lives.
I couldn't even bring myself to go to my Favourite Aunt's funeral, I was so upset at her passing, so I really do empathise with you. Now I just tell myself she is still living away, like she did for the last years of her life and every Christmas, hers, is still the first Christmas card I write out.

I know words can't ease your pain but please take comfort in knowing that someone so close to you will be with you, now and always, as your Guardian Angel.

Thank you for all your special words of comfort and encouragement! I so badly needed to read them all now that I am back home safe and sound!

It was a very small funeral - very sad as expected - it was a beautiful funeral.

I have a terrible migraine now and am going to go to bed early this evening. Too many emotions and so much running thru my mind!

I have many beautiful memories of my aunt and will treasure them forever!
