Hi, Sam, I dowloaded it and opened it in HUS, too. Are you downloading anything else from Cute? Is that working? This is a very small file, and downloads really fast. If I didn't have a screen that told me the download was complete, I might actually have missed that it downloaded it, it was so quick. If you're having trouble with downloading from the whole site, any of the other freebies, I might contact Veronika to see if she knows. Best of luck, I know how frustrating this kind of thing can be. not sure really; however I hv experienced that if the machine format isn't working correctly the download will not take place? I hv downloaded it in another format, so I had it (can convert with embird when ready to sew); or you can hope that the design pops up again & the download, in the format you want, will work. Hugs Marg

sometimes mine does that but if I scroll down to the coment box at the bottom of the page the design is to the left of that. I missed several designs before I discovered that.

maybe you need to restart your computer
