I have about 6 imcomplete files going at the moment looks like they will be deleted. Feel free to private message me with reminders if you are worried about posting in community. This can not be resolved fast enough as far as I am concerned. *

Um, I have a really good suggestion, I think. If anyone wants me to, I can post instructions for how to use the "topics" at the top of the page, and the "popular topics" at the left side of the page, so that anyone can post anything they want and we will be able to use the "search" function and sort functions already available to get to the posts we want to see. If everyone could use the tags already provided, this would be sooooo easy, and such a time saver for all concerned, and make everybody happy. I was thinking of doing this, but I didn't want to start another firestorm of controversy here about "who's in charge" and "telling people what to do". I just think that a set of instructions would be helpful, and make everyone's life a little easier. If you want me to do that, just say so, I'd be happy to. I just don't want to get dumped on by everyone who thinks 'organization' is a four-letter word. Marji

Same here, I missed the whole middle part. I've tried checking the bookmarks everyday, but it doesn't update fast enough to get these alphabets that change frequently. I'm on a ton of mailing lists where I get a lot of my updates, but some of these unusual ones I depended on cuties to keep me up to date.

Hi Mary, There was a note on their site, that they had a death in their family, and they quit posting letters when they got to the letter L. The note said that they would resumed posting letters after Thanksgiving. When that happens, they automatically started at the letter Q. So... everybody is missing the letters from the L to the Q. I don't know if they will post the missing letters or not. I hope this helps. I would have posted a message for all to read, but...

Thanks marymoore- I also found the reminders really helpful & timesaving (on dial-up)but as far as trashing/deleting incomplete alphas- no way- I always extract family initials from them if I can
(have a lot of 'A's' though). I keep these in a file named 'family letters'. PS Mary I enjoy & thank you for your contributions to this site- from minicow

Thankd for the info on pes vault. It is a site that I had not seen before. I can see that it is going to be added to my list of favorites from now on. Yes it is very frustrating to have a 'almost' complete alphabet. For reasons I dont know I dont have the F in the snowflake font. Anyway happy sewing minus some of your fonts will a * do instead?

I give reminders most times Mary, but some how I have missed M,N,O,P of this one too, even checked they site every day, hopefully they will come up again in the future.

Ok, one more time, hee hee hee. I'm trying to respond to all the posts of this nature to make sure everyone sees this. Veronika has given me permission to write a set of directions for the use of topics & tags in Community, because many don't know how to do this. If we can learn how, then everyone can make all the freebie posts they want, and you will all be able to find things easily, without wading through 10 pages of posts. This is going to be great!! Just have patience, ok, because it's going to take a lot of work, there will be detailed instructions, complete with pictures, yippee!! I apologize if this is the 20th time you read this, but I really want everyone to know what's going on, because I'm excited about it!! Love to all, Marji
