Another cat sits on my knee as I write and read the site. Good news was a call from my friend who I had sent towels to that I had embroidered monograms on. (Sorry I forgot to photograph them before they were posted) She was amazed and delighted with her unexpected gift. As I had been a few years ago when she sent me the money to buy my super sewing machine as a gift for our many, many years of friendship.

Aww, so sorry for the loss of your kitty, that's so hard when we give our hearts to them as they give to us, without boundaries, without question. I'm so glad you have a little purrie to share with still. And what a wonderful friend you have!! I'm sure she was pleased to see you using the machine, and the towels were a bonus.
