Is a 12822 stitch count considered dense? Maybe I didn't stabilizer it good. When it got to 2 certain areas, the needle had a time going in and out. Happy the needle didn't break...clueless?

I don't think so I have doe more than that on TP without a problem.

It is likely less about the overall stitch count, and more about the concentration of stitches in those 2 areas. For example, if it is a spot where several colors meet and have to overlap it could do that. Could also be a dull needle so as little as 2 layers of stitching may give it a hard time getting through. Could you attach a picture of the design & describe where the problem is?

I see you got a good answer from captiveillusions. Looking at the design would be helpful. 4*u
