My origianl lawyer went on long service leave, I got the harshest penelty, and all cause I fought for my husband ( not physically) but verbally, and now here in Australia that can be aggrivated assault. WOW what is this world coming to. But I look at it this way I WON IN THE END I GOT MY HUSBAND of 25 years,,,,

So sorry about your judgment. I'm afraid when it comes to solicitors the nicer they are as people the worse solicitors they make. You need a real pit bull to fight for you and they need to be able (and not be afraid) to get right in there and fight for you.

And ya wonder why Lawyers get bad reputations????? My brother is going thru a bad time...he got let go after 18yrs at the same company...has to pay child support even though he has no job, he is on welfare BUT she is working and doesn't have to disclose her income.... I ask again WHAT IS THIS WORLD COMING TO?
