I'm not sure but have you tried to go through "My Account". Also you may want to use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. I have done before with a problem.

Girls, this wound up in the not answered site by a glitch in the site. (see after jude3944 the number 228 days ago) She asked this question last July and got it resolved. But aren't you sweet poppet and clawton to try and resolve her issue!
