The man is free and was found not guilty because the barrister for the man called for a persarde that is where the judge has to point out any inconsistances and he did it so well that there was no convictions that had none in the judges eyes and the jury were given the option to say if they cannot come to a conclusion they can say that they do not wish to continue and he was then found not guilty. It was the court system that let her down. they only had her video tapes and him saying no comment. that was it and he was a carer and he is now free to do it again and he drives the community car that transports aged and disabled people to doctor appointments. One of my cute friends said that there is a reason for everything . And i have decided not to let this man take away any of our lives with negative thinking and such . The judge only saw the tapes twice and thought what was being said by her was I don't know as a question was repeated. as an inconsistancy. When in fact she was saying that but meaning I don't know what you are asking. This man still has one more judgement and that is with his maker. And there will be no-one to stand up for him then.

Please pray that if there is any more victims out there that they will come forward.And to keep my self positive I have found the reason for this. I am now committing my self to lobby for the rights of the dissabled to have the court system change. So no interlectually disabled person has to go through this again. And I would like you all to pray that I will find the means to do this.
