Then she pointed to my (flat) chest and said. "you've got nothing left there now, have you?"
this cracked me up, as obviously her mum had tried to tell her why i was in hospital and that she had to be gentle with me.
A short time later, after much thought she followed up with: "Never mind Nan, when you get better they will grow back again"
What more could anyone ask for Christmas than the love of a child!
