I think we were destined to be friends. The first time we met was about a year ago in a sewing class at our dealership. She gave me a pair of beautiful antique buttonhole scissors (that's another story). All I knew about her was her first name, and never saw her again. Then found her on this site. We live about 13 miles apart so we've gotten together a couple of times and chat on the phone a lot.

Hi, I just got here, the picture turned out great, Deb!! Except that I look OLD in it, what's up with that? Hee hee hee. Yes, I agree, Deb and I were destined to meet & become friends. It was one of those 'instant click' things for me, anyway. We did meet before Cute, we go to the same Dealer and both have Janome machines, although Deb has the souped up model, I only have the 300E. Then I wanted a new just-sewing machine, and ended up purchasing Deb's that she had traded in on the mega-machine, quite by accident. Like I said, destined to meet & become friends. She has been a big help to me, and she really cuts into the lonliness with her humor and good will. Thanks, Deb, you mean a lot to me!! Love, Marji

Well, we're both not getting any younger. But I think we look great with our "shades" I didn't realize our glasses got that dark while we were outside.
