I need help Cuties : how to embroider on a wool sweater? Use heavy support water-soluble ? above or below? I've never done yet... Thanks

I use WSS on top and a strong stabilizer on the bottom

This is how I do it but I use a cutaway stabilizer.

Sissie, think of it as something that truly needs a stablizer on top and bottom - because of the knit - as long as you are comfortable with the way it stitches out - and the look of the backside - I would use a heavy cut away on back - a topping on top - or a WSS on bottom with an extra layer and a topping.
