I also just joined with a new membership and I can't get it to down load anything. How do you go about starting .Thanks for the help.Do I have to re join with my name

Are you talking about a paid membership? I tried donloading something to verify and it is working fine for me.

Log in First - If you didn't pay a membership then u can only download the daily free designs. If u paid for a 6 month membership then you Open the designs page, click on the design u want to download then click on "Download" under the 'Free Download for Members' after u have selected your format, this will take u to another page where from memory you click download again. Be sure to log in to Cute site first. Best of luck. Hint- Save to a folder named Cutie Embroidery then to sub folders eg Lace-Applique-Cross Stitch-Designs etc,. Designs can also be broken down again to Animals, People, Birds, flowers, Patterns etc. Do it as u download & it will make it easier to find designs latter. you would have had to give a user name for logging into Cute Embroidery make sure u are loged in.

bunnlane, were you online in like you are now - when you joined or did you sign in under another name - such as your real name? Use the name - that you purchased your membership in - to download - if you have two - but don't want all of us to know it - don't sign in on that one to write to us - just sign in to it - when you download and sign in to this one - to communicate with us - if that is what happened.

I had to use a different e-mail when I bought a membership, and this messed up the automated system. It had to be started manually and needed some other changes. Send an e-mail to the site describing your problems or use the "contact us" at the bottom of this page. You will receive an e-mail within 24 hours to help you.
