1.remove the clockhouses and the skinn of the apples,cut them in slices (there's a hole in the centre where the clockhouse had been) about 1 cm big.and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the slices.
2.make the batter:
flour in a bowl, mix the salt, the egg and the milk bit by bit untill it becomes a kind of pancake-batter.
3. take a frite-pan or other big pan. Pour in the sunfloweroil.about 3or 4 liter.
heat this up till 190 Celcius.
4.take a slice of apple dipp it in the batter so it's covered, when it does not dripp anymore ,let it carefully slip into the hot oil ( don't burn your fingers! I useually use a kind of knitting needle I hang the slice to dripp and than let it slide of the needle in the oil)
5.bake the slices quickly untill they are nice goldbrown coloured ( about 5 minutes) take them out of the oil with a skimmer.
6. let it cool off on kitchen-paper so the oil that's too much can go into the paper.
7. when not too hot anymore,sprinkle with powded sugar and ready to eat. Good luck with it. I hope you could understand because I'm not used to write recipies in English, hehe. Good luck!
I love your word clockhouses, in English it is apple core or apple seeds. <<<<VBG>>>> :-}
