I am appalled at what I am reading about men being on this site! I have never posted a qestion or comment before, I was just feeling out the site to see if I wanted to be part of this community. If people with such a narrow minds and vulgar things to say about another person are allow to continue posting, I am not sure I this community is for me. Like Eric, (I am so so very sorry for what you had to go through) I have an illness and it is next to impossible for me to get out of the house, after going through the motions-anger-denial-depression-I have decided to pick myself up and dust myself off and do something to pass on to make someones else day. This makes me feel great! What better way to say I LOVE YOU than with something you make from your own hands and give it to someone that needs or would appreciate it !!
ERIC YOU ARE MY HERO and HERO's are alway welcome in my/our hearts!!!! Ignor them, as they no not what they say. Pity them as they no not what they are missing. Pray for them, as they really do need help!!!!!!
My question is, is this site monitored and are people banned for miss use?

I totaly agree! I too have a terminal illness and it is very difficult/scary to get out of the house. This site is a blessing with all the great people here. There are enough bad vibes out there in the world. This has been one place I can go to get lifted up again.

thank you for your reply. I found that most of my "friends" went there own way (life moves on without us)and I have found myself with only 1 best friend, which I am blessed to have. She is the best. It get rather loney in the house and these community sites give me hope and company. Its a really great way to share hobbies, projects...etc.

Welcome, There are good people and the others. Most of the people here are the first kind. No matter how much we care or love our fellow person, we can not control the ugly and evil ones. I first started coming for the designs and links, but am not much concerned about those things any more as I get to know some of the people. I return to chat a little and see how everyone is doing. Hopefully, the people involved in hurting Eric have seen the posts and either realize their mistakes or have left the site entirely. U have gotten lots of comments & some answers Michele, let me b one of the cutes to welcome u, I will continue to say we r the very best site on the internet, If u look at a barrel filled to the brim with beautiful apples u see nothing but beauty, dig deep & you'll find some that r bruised, ugly & some that are rotten all the way through, it makes no difference, u still have a barrel full of beautiful apples. We r a loving, caring, sharing fmly I've said it many times n the past & meant every word, we laugh & cry with one another & for one another no one can take away the warmth I have felt when I so needed the kind words that have been said to me or the prayers offered up for me. U cannot go wrong Michele n joining us, we r here to help u with whatever comes your way. Some one of us will hopefully have the words u need to hear & we will try. Welcome Michele. I hope you decide to stay in spite of what has happened. This is not the norm here. I have been a member of other sites that have nothing but negativity. That is not the case here. As for monitors, I guess the answer would be no. I think we kind of monitor ourselves. I sure do hope you decide to stick around. I think you will find negativity is so very few and far between here.
