I was going to work on a quilt, but I also decided to take down the tree. I put the santa's away too. I need to run errands in am tomorrow, so in the pm will hope to get some sewing done.

The dull one....low calorie. Jump start the body with no bad foods. But its not very fun especially after all the fun Christmas goodies.

Have ya tried the Peel a Pound Soup diet...It is great in the winter, cuz soup always tastes good on a cold day!?!?! I lost 40 lbs in a month...and I can still stand to eat the soup! Just heard we are suppose to start getting 8 inches of snow at 3 am...I don't think I'm going anywhere tomorrow! It will be a great day to stitch:)

Are you kidding. Just cook your cauliflower and mash like potatoes, add some seasoning. (It's not very good) I like caulifower but it just isn't potatoes.

Emily Fried Spuds with Cheese. The cheese would make a mess of your frypan? I love cauliflower but I alway have it with white sauce topped with cheese sprinkled with papraka then put in the oven or under the grill to melt & brown the cheese. I will try your diet way for something different.
