I have downloaded files in different formats. need to convert them to pes. Just downloaded the free 30 day sample sewwhat-pro demo. I AM NOT computer literate and do not know how to do this. Can someone please walk me through it.??????

Sorry I dont know the programm, When I convert I do through Embroiderylibrary. It is free Hope this helps :)

open the file in sew what - then click save as, change the file type to pes and save. done. If you have a lot of files in one folder to convert you can batch convert using a red/yellow looks like two pages over each other icon in the top line. click that, open the folder, drag all the files you want to convert into the second popup window, click next, choose your options if you wish to change them, click convert and they will all convert and save into the folder with your original designs.
