Can you save the attachment on your desktop?If it wasn't an attachment but a picture in your e-mail you can right click on it and save as.If you save it too your desktop you will be able to find it easier.

when I did that I saved it in my pictures so I could retrieve it, but when I went in there it didn't save as a picture but some sort of calculater figuration. My computer didn't read it right somehow. I might have to have my friend e-mail it to this site instead.
