I don't know if any of them are FSL but if you go to www.embroiderydesigns.com, use the search box and enter Shamrocks, they have lots of shamrocks. One might be suitable

I just found one on jerichodesigns. You have to hunt for it and I honestly don't remember where I found it but it looks really great.
