tests done. Then the Dr office called me and said something was wrong with my blood work, so I must repeat that. I am very Thankful that they found out about my heart before surgery, Doc said the stress of surgery could have caused a heart attack on the table! Yes it is good that they found the problem NOW..A dear friend of mine was to have gallbladder surg. had bypass surgery instead! She hasn't had the gallbladder removed and that was 2 yrs ago...Better to be safe than sorry..Prayers coming your way for problems to be solved:)

Judy, I'm so sorry to hear that! Health is something very important! As for me, besides having to take Nitro with me all the time(heart problem), I will have another MRI next Feb,6ht, because of my odd headaches, hopefully nothing serious. Judy, you were being watched over....;) I am thankful, too that a problem was caught. Hopefully, it is something controllable with meds and you can get the knee replacement and start up a running club! I will be praying for you.

what a shame your surgery has to be put off but good that they found out about your heart problem before hand - one of the benefits of a pre surgery health check. My pre surgery check back in November found my blood pressure was too high for me to be anaethetised
I also have lived all my life with a leaky heart valve and only found out about it 2 years ago whilst being tested for something else.

Sounds like things worked out for the best eventhough you have to put off the surgery. This way they can get every thing back in order. Take care.

Oh Judy, in German it´s called luck in a very bad situation, I think it´s a great luck they found out about your heart before it has the possibility getting worse ! So now they can help and heal you!!
