Yes, but when you cannot DL them you cannot do anything with them.

No problems 10 minutes ago. maybe overloaded at the time u tried. try again. at different times

No problems during the last 30 minutes, in fact I have never had a problem getting onto the site and downloading during the past 12 months. I think they have a note that appears if the server is overloaded at that time. Good luck!
