I have several designs i down loaded and can not open my program will not read them,.. Marg told me it was because they were done in the new programs and I have a old buzz tools.

I think if you email to one of us we should be able to convert it. Would also need the color chart so the colors could be changed after saving in the other formats. Or after posting in HUS we could convert for you. :)

My color chart is right there with the design. It is not separate. Thanks for the help, I may do that, but I don't like to trouble anyone. Thanks. **

I only have Jef on my software for my embroidery machine but i downloaded a programe called Tajima DG/ML by pulse and if you use that you can change to many different formats. I hope this helps. It is free just type it in search and you will find it.

Tajima is great for converting.....use it all of the time and it's free.

Oh Judy, I know how you feel, my machine is JHE format, no one has that, so I have to convert it myself. I've been also uploading my designs on HUS format, but I'd appreciate to know if anyone needs other formats as well. Hugs&*

yOYou could get a copy of Wilcom true sizer and conver the designs to a variety of different formats.. Or you can just post it on HUS after all is a gift and If we need other format we can convert it ourselves.
