anyone every used a command prompt to convert their designs to like PES to HUS? My husband is trying to do this for me however I wanted to know if it can really be done without using a software

oh i really do not believe you can try google and search wilcom truesizer that is what i used till i got all my software

Doing it with the command prompt is just going to change the name of the file, not the format (as far as I know). I have doubts that it would work- if you changed a .jpg to a .gif (both image files) that make the file unreadable.

I second using TrueSizer.

thanks for the info I have Tajima to use to convert however i have viking 3d software to organize the PES files give me a lot of troubles so tryin to convert 2 all to hus the easiest way.

I think 3D should have a batch command in the organizer part (4D does, at any rate, under convert embroidery).

If you are using 3D, just bring them up in 3D and then save. It will save as a vp3 which the viking machine will recognize with out a problem. Then if you wish you can delete the other file.
