I embroidered several of these before Christmas and gave them away. I had a slight problem with them. Using the JEF format the points didn't seem to embroider as well as I thought that they should have. It looked like the thread was wrapped loosely around the points instead of stitched. Did anyone else have this problem? I really like the design. I will try them again next year.

They look great to me I did a few of these in verigated gold and I thought they stiched out pretty well.

They look good. Love the idea of gifts, I just ran out of time!
I had the same problem with the tips looking "loose". I just put a dot of clear nail polish on each before I dissolved the stabilizer, seemed to work

I used Aleene's quick dry tacky glue on them - that seemed to make them look better and it is clear when it dries.

They stitched out beautifully - except for the wrapped points which were too loose. Can they be tightened up, I wonder?

they look great - I had the same trouble with the tips - I use FrayBlock by June Tailor - can't see it at all - when it dries.
