Why is it that the pattern and the picture are not the same numbers? ex: fantasyfont_a and 1hF96uvJ7a

I had trouble with the fantasy font a..when I saved it on my memory stick (jump start) I renamed it until the "A" showed up. I have had trouble with all of the "a"'s...don't know why but when I renamed it it did fine...

I'm not having that problem and can't replicate what you are suggesting. Perhaps someone else will come along and help you.

I have the same problem - If I save the PICTURE then the NAME is not FAntasy Font etc.... But a whole bunch of Numbers & Letters! I just Rename it as I save it to either a Capital A or B etc! Makes it easier for me - as for the designs I copy the actual name when I am about to save the design file and use that to rename the picture file and then it has the SAME name!
Hope you understand what I mean as I am not very good at explaining!!

thank you tinfriend, that is what I was doing before but since I change for window xp,I have to save the picture with the name it come, then open the file I saved it then rename it. If I rename the picture before saving it,I only get a square, not the picture*

I just checked to see if I can duplicate what you are talking about. The only way it happens for me if i RIGHT click on the picture. That is when those 1hF96uvJ7a come up and it would let you save the picture only and not the file. What format are you using?

I just realized that you are actually wanting to download the picture and not the embroidery file. Sorry.
