what program are you using? you can convert othe formats into the hus and vip format if you have a program to do this. I use 4D and it converts most files for me.

First of all... I want to welcome U to the group... Next, if u have the 4D software? U can down load pretty much any format... I have the Designer Diamond and I also have the 4D software... If U dont have the 4D software then U need to load either HUS or vp3 or vip...I hope this helps u... (((HUGS)))& Flower...Sam

hus, pes or vp3, I have the same machine...if you have the 3d or 4d embroidery you can change any format to your format.

Preferably vip or vp3; hus is OK but does not always save the exact colours. shv if you have the Designer USB. Every other format accept art can be converted in 3D or 4D. But you don't know if those formats were the ones originally used when the design was digitized and conversion may lead do errors, so if you can get the right one to start with. Welcome to the site.
