Hello to all

I started donating my services about 10 years ago to people who needed sewing services...you know pants hemmed buttons replaced etc.etc.. When I started machine embroidering I also would do things for free but I explained that I was new and could not guarantee the end result.. well so far so good!! all have been happy...Then I started making bags for wheelchairs for a friend and she distributed them to others in need. I have been asked to do some challenging work and have increased my sewing skills even more by doing so. My upcoming project will be(in the hoop) bookmarks for our library for the summer reading program that is sponsored by the community school. Children are encouraged to join and win prizes as to the amount of books that are checked out and read and a tally is kept by our librarian..I am also making backpack bookbags to sweeten the pot and to encourage the reading program.. I use alot of the freebies for the bags and other things I make and just wanted to share with everyone what I do. One good deed deserves another and I want to say thank you for all the wonderful designs that I have downloaded and used for these various projects that have been donated on this wonderful site from the cute family ..
