I hope this stays stuck! The design is a freebie from Patties Studio at OPW - I added the names and date. I've never even met the couple - it's to be a gift from the church to the couple. (I've obscured the names just in case someone gets upset-oh well)

Went to spotlight and found they now stock Helmar glues. The fabric glue is clear similar to UHU, and doesnt soak through like the other one I've tried, and it stuck. I tried a scraps of lace with that and modpodge and the helmar glue seemed to stick best. Just hope it stays stuck! As usual I am giving the project away, so it's hard to know how it holds up long term. (maybe one day we will be able to get the elmer and aleen glues the american ladies use with such success!)
