Well, I had all sorts of trouble with this, this is the design that the power went off on me in the middle of this being sewn out. There is a base which has 6 sides to it so I couldn't use it with this, so maybe I can use it as a lamp shade, or make a fabric base, anyway, I have 3 wasted bowl panels. As there is a left and right panel to this design, my right panel when stitched out the black outline was done all wrong so in the end I ended up reversing the left panel to get it too match.. Has anyone else done this bowl, and did you have any trouble with it?

Hope you like this anyway

I love the colours, where did you get the design from? Sorry to hear you had such trouble with it, I think it would make a great lampshade

Yes, I have done this before. I posted in the projects some few months ago. I did both the bowl and the doily, and they truely make a beautiful set. I did not have any problem with it, but then, I did not lose power either. I also did not move the design, but used as it come up in my machine. You did a good recovery with this. Don't you love the design though?

You did a great job. Love your colors. Bowls can be hard even if the power stays on.

Sheryl, I like - I know you said you were having trouble with this one - but it is lovely and no one would have ever knows. Beth did one of these a while back in red and black - which I would have expected from you, too. Hehehe! Love, Shirlene
