The designs that say "voting is not available". are for sale and they will never be free desins. Only the other ones can be voted for. If you want some help for specified designs you can look on the link below. Hope this helps you.

designs noted "the vote is not available" can be downloaded by members who have paid registration. Otherwise, no specific date for the changes. I hope to have helped. *4U
