I always just make mine up..don't forget to put what day of the week...Mom usually doesn't remember after a few years IF it was a monday or a wednesday etc...

i embroder a boy of girl design and put date,weight,lenght and name around the design,the pictures are the results ,

You have just given me an idea. I downloaded that bear design yesterday only because my grandsons last name is Wilde. I was going to use it on a bib but now I know what I am going to use it for.

Eileen's Digi-Delight on ebay has one on the most precious I have ever used. I have sewn out many and it makes a beautiful pillow in satin. I think it cost $8 USD and can be emailed.
