just by entering your name you use on the site into google and all your conversations come up when you are not in the cute site and are just on the net. I learnt about this today and tried it and saw it, I was in shock to see it, I thought all of this was just on the site and stayed there. But not so. I thought I would share this bit of trivia with you. We might want to be careful as to what we say as anyone can read it in the outside world from cute. Sandra H. Qld Aust.

I can thank my good friends from cute that I met up with yesterday for the first time for letting me know about this. I feel like not to talk to anyone anymore because I think only the pages with the designs should be able to be seen from the site and not the community pages.
Are people without an interest in machine embroidery that desperate that they are going to trawl through 1000 plus pages of some off the messages that get passed around here?
And a vast amount of time, multiplied by many, many other websites
go to the google site and put in asterixsew and see what comes up and then see your name is not only on an embroidery site.

Yes, you are correct about that. I have known this for awhile now. But, we always need to be careful what we say, don't you think? This is such a wonderful and caring site (for the most part). Love this site and all the "Cuties". Sue *4U & all

Yes it was a shock to find out and yes this is a caring site. I too have been here since 2006 and it is one of my favorate sites. I wish I knew this a long time ago. No wonder we get strange emails trying to hack into our computers.They could just join cute themselves. lol
