When u first sing n on cute & click on the free design u will see above the DL for the design Vote for this Site. Click on that it will take u to another screen to vote just click on that screen At the top where it says enter that site, U have at the moment u clicked voted for cute. U can only vote every 24 hrs. that's why I say the first time ea. day u enter cute site is a good time to vote, the tally will not immediately show your vote I believe they total about every 30 or 60 mins.
