I have a 4X4 hoop. How do I make a design that is ok for width but not length, to make a split design if it is too long? Can the design be edited by myself. I do have Smart Sizer Platinum.

Nope. It's a Brother PE-150. I have a super hoop that is like 2 4X4 hoops together. I can position it 3 ways. *4U

The free double heart design, I would like to download, but it is too big even if I put it as a PES download.

Dear Kharriman, there is a site called http://sewmuch4retirement.com/ and Janice is fantastic with all things to do with sewing machines. Maybe you could ask her if no-one on this "Cute" site can help you. Good luck. My Husqvarna Designer 1 lets me shrink or enlarge the designs. Love Chris

I don't know your Smart Sizer Platinum, but the name suggests you can only resize, not split and that what's needed in this case. So first thing to do is make sure you CAN split with that software. If not, the only thing you can do is to ask s.o. to split for you - I can do that in my software. Embroidering the design is rather tricky, but by making paper templates it can be faultlessly done.
