I took 2 long a vacation from them when I was so sick, had surgery, & spent 8 months in nursing home and a long time to re-coup. I got lazy. I was just 57 when I was in the nursing home flat on my back for 8 months. I turned 62 in Dec 2008. My arthritis keeps me very slow but HEY, I'm here! That is a blessing! I really enjoy this group! I am glad to see that there are some guys in it also. Linda

Click on the projects link at the top of this page. Then scan til you find an entry by Amarilloactor. There will be a picture of a handsome cowboy on the left of his entry. You'll learn to navigate the site real fast. It's easy and fun.

All of the "Cute" sites are addicting...I check all of them daily...I even find that duirng my lunchtime I'm checking on the Cuties. I can't log in but I can peek which, is still a no no! The computers are only for offical work...but I need a cute break...I keep seeing design idea after idea...I made a ton of the flora lace hearts and gave them to my buddies at work...other than the hearts...it's pc, cuties, and me...:)))))

Linda, I came into my sewing room this morning to sew. haha! i have been sitting at this computer for 2 hours. I have been checking out all the free sites that the cutie's have listed...i purchased a software programe called SewIconz which i had to set up...it is wonderful i don't have to open anything other than my windows explorer NOW that is going to save me heeps of time.
Hubby has just made 2 stews and put them in the oven while i have been mucking around in here...lucky he loves me. (actually if he did not cook he would starve!!!)

If work time passed as quickly and looking at embroidery designs passed the workday would be a snap..... Amazing how time flies when on the computer.
