That depends on the number of stitches. Some people recommend $3 as a starting price for embroidery, up to 2500 stitches and an additional $0.50 - $1 for every 1000 thereafter. If you have to digitize the thing first that's an additional fee of course. If it's a friend's favour just add up all your costs: embroidery thread, material for the badge, stabilizer,and so on. I find it very hard to price anything, but it's no use selling yourself short.
