Sylvie is correct. Open your photo in whatever program you use to edit and reduce the size to at least 3072KB or some programs say, email size. That should take care of it.;)

Looks like you have your answer, just make sure that you reduce the file size. That should fix the problem.

Hi Jill,
Most cameras also have this adjustment capability also. Your camera manual will probably have it under the title of resolution. The smaller number of pixels the smaller the image. I found with mine that it needs to be less than the recommended 3072kb otherwise it won't upload.
