That's close, but when I look at the picture, I think it's an applique design rather than a filled design? I'm looking more for a filled pieced-looking block, if that makes sense. I've seen full size blocks like I'm looking for - just not smaller ones.

Here's an example from JennaBug, but these are the larger blocks. Such small blocks would have to be quite simple and not as complex as these at JBD, but this gives you an idea what I'm searching for.
