Help Ican not open the letters F,H,J,K,L,T in the Dora alpha. The pes format thay used does not open

You need the Wilcom truesizer to save it in the correct format for your machine. It is free and saves in a lot of formats. Hope this helps. *4u

Thank You very much. I downloaded true sizer. Now hopefully everything will work out and I can view the Dora files I need. Thanks again

I also can't open the H,J,K,L, & T. Is Wilcom truesizer the only one that will convert them. I have Pulse Ambassador, and don't really want to have another program if I don't need it.
