Dora is a licensed design, and, therefore, cannot be used by anyone (at least in the U.S.)unless he or she purchases the design from the license holder. That rule applies to all of the familiar cartoon characters. From what I've read, you can get yourself in BIG trouble by violating "licensed" territory. Please be careful!! It just is not worth being involved in a lawsuit for the sake of a pirated design....Barb
