Hi "Lcoste" are you putting it in "Post Projects" because if you don't it won't download. Try that. Maybe someone else has some other ideas. Love Chris

I've entered it in the Projects page and uploaded the JPEG file. I don't know what I am doing wrong. Maybe someone had the same problem

I have entered the picture under projects page 3 times without success. I did upload a photo last week with no problems. I don't want to keep messing up the project page and I can not delete the mistakes

You have to do it in "My account" then you click on "Post Projects" then off you go. Try that. Love Chris
Deaer "lcoste" the "My account" sign is next to your avatar (picture of the girl in your case) and then when you see the My Projects click on that and open and another set of words show you to post your project. Hope this helps. Love Chris
thank you for the help. I had no problems the first time last week. Now Im afraid to try again becasue I keep messing up the project page
I went into the peoject page, clicked on the picture of the girl, clicked on my account, and post project, add the JPEG and its invisible, no picture
I am stuck for words - maybe someone else will have an idea. There has to be some simple explanation. You have saved the picture in a jpeg file so it should be fine. Can you view the picture in your photo programme. Just checking all avenues to see if it is in the file. Good Luck. Love Chris
Did I stump all the stars here. It is in post projects. I think my computer is playing mind games and winning. Maybe I will try tomorroow. You guys didn't want to see the clock or towel anyway, did you. Hope not because it is invisible on the projects page HHEEEE

After you hit the "post project" button you have to hit browse and locate the picture you want to download. Hope this is all it is. Love chris

Try posting it here. Click on upload image to start. i had trouble a couple of weeks ago with my camera. Too many resolutions. They had to be turned down. Maybe your jpeg image is too big.

Thanks, I'll try that too, Im in a loss for what to try next.
didnt work, maybe I will reboot and try tomorrow. I have done everything the same as last week which worked and now this. I'll try tomorrow

I wish I understood the concept of downloading pics...but I too have problems and don't know how to change the size...:(
