When embroidering or sewing knits do you use the ballpoint needle? TIA ;D

I do for sewing but not when embroidering as I use sticky stabiliser

You say you use sticky. Does that mean an iron on? I think everyone can use all the help we can get on stabilizers, and on knits, as those can be very tricky.

I usually don't change needle for embroidery ...just in sewing knits.....

Needle 14/90
Stabilizer WSS top and bottom.
I hoop one WSS and then with a basting stitch I do the fabric and top WSS.
Here is a pic of the knit anniversary throw I made for daughter Sammi, bad pic, (it is still wet from rinsing the WSS.) Hope this helps xoxox*

the basting stitch pulls out with no "holes" just fine. Trust me ;)
