If it's such a small area I'd do it by hand, just a few stitches would do the trick. If you double the thread you can do it in one go.

Do you mean 1/8" wide all the way around?
If so, all you can do is start over after increasing the width of the stitch in your embroidery software program, sometimes this can be achieved by adjusting the pull compensation.

If you only mean a 1/8" LENGTH has not been covered, you could do, as Mops suggested.

I would do it by hand, like Martine said, or if I was being very lazy, find some of that shiny fabric paint and squeeze a little on. I ended up using the fabric paint on that infamous kitty purse, because when I cut it out my wicked Ginghers also cut some of the embroidery threads. Used the fabric paint, sealed the whole thing up really well. Good luck!! Marji
