i can get to any link on this site except the "my account" link. it always says page not found. i can click on any other link and they all work fine. i want to add my avatar and update my email address but i can not get the darn link to work that says "my account". WHY??? please someone help me....

I'm afraid that I cannot help you, please try again and when it still not works click on the button "Contact Us" down the page and Miss Veronika will help you as soon as possible. Hope this helps you.

It works for me, so I'd take Iris's advice and use the "Contact Us" button. But even if you could use the "My Account" button: you can't change your e-mail address, only your password.

Try cleaning out your cookies, temp files and history... then close your browser and try again. Might be something getting hung up there...
