Hi there "Kelsuem" I just read your question and I tried it out and downloaded the PES, and the HUS no problem. I am not sure what is wrong - what machine do you have? You can download in other formats on some machines. Have a try at one of the other formats. Also a big warm welcome to you. I will give you a flower by clicking on the green one next to your name. did you try to restart your computer sometimes that helps it works on mine

sorry I didn't have problems with the pes format. Perhaps you can try not to save but to open, if that succeeds then save the file.

Kelsuem, I had the same trouble the other day on Amazing Designs with the letter I. Also on other sites. My computer was timming out. This has happened a few times, My server told me that it was because Vister was doing a lot of updating & as I had exceded my download allowance my machine couldn't download fast enough so hence the timout. Best to shut down & go back later & hopfully beat vista to your download. Check with your server& see if he has slowed your downloading.
