I read where heart attacks will increase by 15% due to the loss of sleep. It was a study done in Great Britain. So Cuties, be sure to GO TO BED 1 HOUR EARLIER! ;)

And don't forget to put dark sheeting on your windows, cause the extra hour of sunlight will fade your curtains and your furniture!!!!

Ooooh !!!! we are going into Autumn, and with 38 to 40 degrees, and no wind, I think I would rather go for that. Fires all round us too in the Cape, but not half as bad as in Australia. Will remember, and spring forward in September 2009. Flowers for you.

Marietta, it always seems so strange - that the weather is the opposite of here - to me - but - there has to be times - that it seems strange to you, too! Hehehe! *4U2

Well for those of you - that this happened in your area - I do hope that you got your clocks set and went to bed an hour early - so you didn't lose any sleep - as for me - we got that all taken care of - then I had trouble sleeping and got up early - anyway. I guess - I will have to head to bed early tonight, too! Hehehe! Have a great day - unless you have other plans.

Hi shirlene hope you dinot forget after your reminder. Our clocks change in 3 weeks? Plenty of time for me to find out and be correct. There was a year, ages ago when a friend and I changed a week early. We were well into Sunday before we found out... Plus my work clock is so complicated that I didnot change it in the autumn. Confused kids.

Here in Ontario we changed to daylight savings. It makes today feel like a really short day. It is nice to have it brighter in the evening now.
